@MagicChess , I'm curious as to why they would be overpowered. Mine requires the opponent to be without artifacts (trust me, that's a heavy drawback with vehicles dominating standard and sol ring being a staple first-second turn drop in edh) and @Rednaxela has a softcounter card... I think they're both pretty balanced xD
@Credius, in retrospect your card isn't too op, it's just the second ability, which would make the card really good even if it wasn't a conditional counter spell. @Rednaxela 's card is a little bit unbalanced, in my opinion, because of the recurring countering.
Me too, @MagicChess. There are only six smiths left now. That means that if there are 3 winners next round, only three people will remain. Does that mean the last challenge will be a three way?
@KrampisZman, in Round Four, all three smiths will participate in a three-way challenge, and one will be eliminated. Then Round Five will be a final match-up between the two remaining contestants to determine the winner!
Okay, @Everybody, sorry for the delay! We're getting close to determining our winner! This will be a normal round, but Rounds Four and Five (with only three and two smiths left, respectively), will be an attrition final (meaning that one will be eliminated in each.) Without any further ado, Round Three begins now!
@KrampisZman vs. @nsm91 -> Make a Faerie Planeswalker. (In addition to normal judging criteria, you will be evaluated on how well you convey the flavor of the Fae. You might be able to help @Quryix XD!).
@Credius vs. @Decaldor -> Make a God. (You must come up with a new God style, instead of using the Amonkhet or Theros template).
Your entries are due by next Sunday. (If you finish early, I'll judge immediately; I'm just as excited as you are to get the winner :P).
Hey @MagicChess, would you mind elaborating a bit on what you mean by "convey the flavor of the Fae"? I'm asking because faeries are one of the tribes who's flavor varies greatly from plane to plane. I don't want to create a card that represents the essence of Ravnica Faeries when you were looking for a Lorwyn or Alara Faerie instead.

I CAN actually get on this week. It shouldn't be a problem if I move on to the next round.
