@KrampisZman from the notes of @Cryptonight and @Cyborgskeleton, it seems like that is what is intended. I for one only used the current wording because my card didn't have the space to use "put into a graveyard from the battlefield"
This card was hard for me to design. The actual abilities, name, creature type, and power/toughness came to me quite easily. It was the mana cost that did me in. I had three options:
Go {1}{W}{W} Go {1}{W}{U} Go {1}{W/U}{W/U}
All of these made sense. To date, all of my porgs have been mono-white. I wanted this to be playable in a white-based enchantment deck without the need to splash for this. However, I see porgs as a U/W tribe, and the card feels very U/W. In the end, I decided to go totally hybrid, since all of it's abilities feel both blue and white, yet you can still play it in mono white.
@KrampisZman Relicbind mechanic. You replaced "when" with "whenever", but it should be "when". Because the effect ends if the artifact is put into a graveyard.
Edit: Whoops, weird magic at work, I could have sworn I was reading a different thread. Ignore this card, it doesn't have any of the mechanics being showcased.

"When" is correct.
