  My first entry. Also note that flying creatures can't be blocked by creatures without flying or reach and that tapped creatures can't block creatures. A nice medley of blue's signature stuff, in my opinion.

  Art direction: some tiny fairy tale being riding through the air on some kind of seed pod. Multiple beings ok either on same or different pods. Should be optimistic and even silly is ok

  Remove a +1/+1 counter: wee seedriders gains flying until end of turn.
