Carcho - World building and characters

Apart from Gor (see contest), Important characters will be:
-Chakra, champion of the sands (https://mtgcardsmith.com/view/chakra-champion-of-the-sands)

This will be added too.
1. The state is run by a Priest-king and his small council of sand priests. Also, the tribes do have a sort of leader, but that is very complicated and I don't know who it is yet.
2. A map would be amazing.
The Milden of Milden Valley(Green White Elves, Treekfolk, and Refugee Brilliant)
And then there are the Merfolk of Academia, (Grixis). They kind worship the destroyer of the plane.
