I changed the wording on this entry to help make the layout of the cards text look more presentable. I also added some flavor text as I felt it needed it. Hope you like it. Making a functional yet useful common is very difficult.
I slightly modified the wording of the mechanic by swapping "Creature or Vehicle" with "Permanent" as this is more concise and has the same functionality.
ALPINE WARLEADER Meant to represent the leader of a mountainous berserker tribe, spreading fury amongst her warriors.
RAHLOS AND VEXA, STONESEERS Rahlos and Vexa, Vexa being the human, Rahlos the golem, are an inseparable pair of seers who use the blessings of the "mountainkin" to guide their followers towards salvation. They revere the mountainkin as gods.
DARING MECHANIST The flavor text says it all: a valiant mechanic swooping in to save your massive vehicles.
@RayearthIX I just realized there's only up to 3 cards per person. The three cards i'd like to count in the challenge are Alpine Warleader, Bioconverter Mage, and Rahlos and Vexa, Stoneseers.
I'm pretty new to making these cards but I love playing with dragons so here's my submissions!
These are supposed to be focused around a story about dragon/beast invasion. For example, when Nest of the Beasts fortifies a land, its as though the dragons and massive creatures are taking over that land as their own. i.e., fortifying a mountain means the dragons have staked their claim and made that their home. Burning Skies helps to add to the hoard of dragons as well, bringing an additional powerful beast each time a massive titan is played!
I was originally aiming for a sort of Red-White noble sacrifice card against opposing 'titans', but then I realized that Titanfall only triggers for permanents entering under your own control. This led me to consider a scenario where you might enchant an opponent with a negative Titanfall effect, thus resulting in Shadow of Jealousy.
Functionally, this card could be rather interesting, providing a unique and unexpected mixture of delayed removal and deterrent. Using it to enchant a weaker creature with an important ability could force an opponent into a very uncomfortable choice. Best case scenario, you just cost your opponent two rather expensive creatures and possibly some tempo with one three-mana spell. Even if one of them would survive, you could then follow up with other, faster removal spells (potentially even resorting to buffing one of them with Instant power bonuses or deathtouch). Of course, you could also choose to target a creature that's already powerful and let your opponent's 'titans' fight and deter each other; they most likely won't want to play another 'titan' just to have it kill itself. That might prompt you to intentionally leave the enchanted 'titan' alive, but waylaying either one powerful creature or a horde of lesser ones tends to be easier to begin with, as opposed to multiple powerful 'titans'.
Aesthetically speaking, this might be a bit of a subversion of the originally intended tone of the challenge, but I figured it was a rather neat and Black reinterpretation of "Titan-fall", with a variety of applicable meanings. Either the arrival of a titan causes the overshadowing and fall of a previous star, the titan falls to the jealousy it engenders, or multiple titans fall from infighting.
The mana cost took a bit of consideration; my initial reaction was to make it Blue-Black in consideration of the subversion aspect, but quickly reasoned that it was instead both mechanically and aesthetically closer to Red spells like Mutiny and Act of Treason. Considering that the latter is a three-mana, single-color sorcery that grants outright control for one turn, three mana for a split-color aura that the opponent could play around or destroy seemed fairly balanced despite its repetitive trigger.
Edit: what image link is everyone else using? My card images are always too large or too small.
Thank you all to those of you who participated in this contest. Now, for the winners.
First, honorable mentions:
@fiskerton@crabbycabbage - THUD Cannon is just amusing. I love the concept of a giant cannon that shoots creatures and can only be used if you have large creatures that might make use of it. A very fun card, though one that is very reliant on triggering Titanfall. The Lotus Forge is a bit better in terms of mana cost, and the fact it creates black lotus's that just disintegrate at the end of the turn is fun. However, I do think it would make more sense if, instead of the lotus disappearing, the artifact itself disappears after, at most, three lotus's are created. That would fit the flavor text better as well.
Now... Third Place! @SteampunkDragon@Ralyx - I very simply couldn't decide which of these should be third. I love the effect of Shadow of Jealousy, and the fact it's something you give to an opponent instead of yourself... that's unique among the cards entered here... and I love it. It's a great idea that can definitely cause an opponent with big creatures pause (though it's useless against a certain types of decks). As for Rahlos, I think this is a good card which uses Titanfall to justify it's dual mana cost. The effect works therefore, but I'm not sure if the effects make sense on the card together, which is why it didn't take second place over a somewhat similar card. Yes, you can get more green mana for more ramp, or draw a card, but there's something about it that is just... off to me, despite working mechanically.
Second Place! @TenebrisNemo - a nice simple mana generator that can be used more than once in a turn if you get Titanfall to trigger. This is not a card that is a titan... rather it is a card that helps create titans and the perfect color and cost for it. Green ramp that ramps harder once you get your beasts out is great. Sometimes, simple is better, and this is one such instance.
And lastly, first place, and the winner of the Prepare for Titanfall challenge...
@EmolgAn - I'm a bit biased towards angels as anyone who follows me might know. As such, when faced with a tie (because if I'm to be honest, the discrepancy in my judging between 1-3 was miniscule at best), I chose an angel to be number one. I think the price works as a great flyer, and the effect is one that echoes others such as Angel of Serenity... but permanent. The fact that it has a mana ability to trigger itself (for again, a fair price) is also great. A great card that is appropriately powerful and brings the power of Titans.
Thank you to everyone who participated in this challenge. Winners, please let me know what cards you'd like me to favorite either here or in a private message. To all, I hope you enjoyed yourself. Feel free to use Titanfall on cards in the future, and happy smithing!
@Corwinnn - here are the results for the circuit rankings. Go ahead and close this challenge in a week or so, to allow the winners a chance to post here if needed.

@Ralyx - you can find the post coding there. Just type "width=35%" after the image and it will resize it to the same as everyone else.

Given the close proximity to my message, I'll judge those as well. No guarantee of any placement, but I'll let them count.
