Here's my feedback
The card creates tokens too easily. And being common means you'll see many copies of this card in draft. The table would be flooded with tokens.
1 mana is too cheap. Opponents create tokens too, but the controller would probably try to get more with fetch lands and ramp cards.
If I would change this card,
When Striped Herbivore enters the battlefield, each player creates a 3/3 green Beast creature token.

"Each player can cast spells or activate abilities only any time they could cast a sorcery." sounds more right to me.
"Spells can't be countered." is unnecessary. Think about it. If everyone can only cast spells or activate abilities during their turn, the only way that your spells can be countered is triggered ability like Planar Chaos.
The card is very weak. Even if an opponent is an hardcore counter magic player, they can remove Dromoka in their turn, and you can't do anything to protect it because of its ability.
When you want to design a powerful creature with cmc 4 or higher, I recommend you to put one of these abilities- EtB, LtB, flash, haste, resilience to removal. Most creatures with cmc 4 or more that are used in constructed format have those abilities.

I wasnt't even intending the popular section, I intended for people scrolling through my card lists to notice the ones with favourites and be more interested.
I also design most of my cards more for flavour or commander gameplay purposes, so I rarelly consider draft environments.
