You read the spell on the first page titled, Take Me to Where I Want to Go Most
... as you read the spell, you instantly are teleported high into the air outside and hover over the park... where will you go next?
Create a nonblack instant with a rat in the artwork and an effect that is better if you cast during your main phase.
