  @Corwinnn entries can come into play at any point in time... once there is one entry on both teams in play, they go head to head... unless someone's perk (like possibly @KorandAngels) has something that interferes. If there are multiple entries on the battlefield for each team, they are semi-randomly matched up.
  
  This gets more fun the more entries we have at the same time. I'm sure once it gets going, everyone will start to buy in the the atmosphere it provides and will get this battle underway.
