  I think you are allowed to play non-creatures within some limits, but I think planeswalkers would be off limit because they're legendary.

  @smax765 nobody can play legendary or mythic rare cards unless their role explicitly says so.

  @LvB Not sure where the 21 comes from because Sunfall only creates a noncreature Incubator token with 10 +1/+1 counters in it (it hasn't been transformed into a Phyrexian creature yet), but I can believe you have a 1/1 Spike Cannibal.

  Oh, youre right. i assumed you wouldve transformed it, and for some reason i thought that incubate always makes 2/2 tokens, but X times.
