Dununununa BATMAN!!! Challenge
Greetings fellow Cardsmiths!
For this challenge, we are going to put our superhero hats and design cards with a specific fantasy theme in mind. Your task is to:
Design a card that could be printed in a Standard-legal set that is a top down design of something in the Batman mythos.
Your goal is to design a card that would of an acceptable power level in Standard and accurately depicts a Batman character, event, item, place, etc.
Rules:
1) All cards must be in color pie.
2) No joke cards (although Batman themed whimsy can be appropriate).
3) Only new entries.
4) Any entries scoring 0 in any category will not be considered for the top 5.
Here are some designs to get you thinking:
You may submit the following card types: Artifact, Creature, Enchantment, Instant, Land, and Sorcery. No Planeswalkers will be accepted.
Cards will be graded according to the following holistic scale (Out of 100):
Templating: 10
Creativity: 10
Flavor: 10
Rarity: 5
Balance in Standard: 10
Top-down Batman Design: 35
Color Pie: 20
Refer to this article for the most current mechanical color pie article:

The top 5 scoring entries will be rewarded as follows:
1st: 5 favorites of your choice
2nd: 4 favorites of your choice
3rd: 3 favorites of your choice
4th: 2 favorites of your choice
5th: 1 favorite of your choice
I will also award 1 favorite each for the following three categories:
1) Most Bad*ss
2) Most Flavorful
3) Most Creative
Each Cardsmith may only submit 5 entries, so make them count!
This contest will close at 4:00PM EST on Friday, June 29th.
If you have any questions, feel free to post them to this thread.
Happy Smithing!!!

Here is my 1st entry; the one and only DOCTOR HUGO STRANGE:
Since he technically works for Gotham, I figured he should have the Ascend ability because he has the city's blessing to house the corrupt at arkham asylum. That would be INSANE if i didnt give him that ability lol. Yes pun totally intended. nice joker @Tomigon! I'll fave it in a sec.
Thanks! The Dark Knight is my favorite movie so I had to make that card. The quote in the card is also from that movie.
Bruce Wayne has more bad memories than death of his parents, like the murder of his old ward Jason Todd. There are too many lives at stake to live in the past, but when a mysterious villain using the name of the clown that murdered Jason begins taking over Gotham's crime families, how can he not reminisce? Who is under the mask? Where did he come from? Why is he conquering Gotham's underbelly? The answers to these secrets lay under the Red hood .
Quick edit note: I think the cmc should be 4. It is ok as a build around but 5 mana is a lot for a morph anthem and a slow reanimate.

I Hope you will enjoy the card(s) @bnew07! Wish you would let us do more... I wanted to make the batmobile as a vehicle card (or batwing, etc. or both, whatever i've always liked batman as long as I can remember.)

I have raised the entry limit to 5!
I heard there's a new monster over there guys. Let's go investigate. It's kinda like a weaker Rhystic Study on a body.
scooby-doo is one of the 3 you can pick from this week in the summer cartoon challenge contest you can post it here (sorry for the plug):

Unless you was going for the batman/scoobydoo crossover episodes?
You know @bnew07 this brings me to think maybe we should join efforts on our contests somehow?
