@Shadow29870 - Considering the CMC and madness cost, methinks it would be better if it created an Angel whenever a nontoken creature you controlled died during each turn. It would fit better to the righteous theme.
Some thoughts and minor change suggestions Creature - Warrior (or a least something) While you control a Basic Island this creature has protection from blue.
Looking at the actual existing card "Invisible stalker", mana costs, power toughness and ability are totally fine.
@Mallwan, I am confused why Spectral Phoenix is an Illusion, besides the name. Illusions are primarily in Blue's color pie, and Spectral Phoenix is fine without the creature type. Also, "form" should be "from." Nice card idea though!
on another note, thoughts on this? It's my first non creature. I was thinking if it should be white/green/one colorless, or white/green/2 colorless. You can see which I went with.
this card seems....pretty bad. The idea is cool, but there's a few things that make it such. 1) mana cost. a 10 mana card just isn't going to be used. The card Platinum Angel PREVENTS YOU FROM LOSING THE GAME, and still isn't played due to being SEVEN mana, let alone 10. 2) even if you get it on the field, it isn't worth it. 7 mana for not being able to lose is too expensive. while it still wouldn't make the card good, one thing that would at least make it worth running in the Extra Deck (maybe) is if it exiled all permanents, or if it sent non basic lands back too 2: rushing water doesn't need to be a named effect (although it could be) 3: Sentinels of Kamigawa needs to be capitalized in the effect 4: Rushing Water shouldn't be in all caps 5: in the flavor text, Kamigawa should be capitalized, and possibly sentinels (?)
I really like that card, the colors match the effect and I like the flavor and exspecially the idea very much. The effect is extremly good for it's cost, giving that "Harmless Offering" and "Kefnet's Last Word" exist, each of their own have the same CMC for the effect and are already at rare. This 1 card combines these effects as one to choose from, so maybe you need to higher the mana costs to make it more balanced. @Bowler218 Is that a card for another game? I don't see those mechanics working in magic. If they were, you'd need to put the "When a SAVE" stuff in parenthesis after the initial mentioning of SAVE.
@jpastor Neat little artifact! One small tweak is the "instead" should come before the replacement details, rather than after. Otherwise, a simple and solid card.
