Ascension by @Mellenius. The version of the mechanic that I'm using has been edited slightly in order to make the token a Dragon (the original concept for the mechanic made the token an Angel).
@sorinjace The author's note given by Beeswax in relation to the mechanic was "This ability is always paired with a clause that counts creatures of the relevant type." I'm pretty sure the mechanic was originally designed to have an ETB (or on-resolve trigger or whatever) that would benefit from the tokens created. I guess you could Fling the tokens?
@Ranshi922 - I think it depends on a card by card basis if you got the feel of the mechanic... My preference would be to use the mechanic by name, but for all intents and purposes, it's not a requirement for what you're attempting to do.

I am using an edited version because the original wording was iffy and provided a few interpretations.
I am not sure if I interpretted the not on Flitterstorm right.

Llanower is the region and not the specific tribe, right?
For context: Azoria is a plane that was never seen in the MTG sets.

I'm going to try to spend as much of the rest of today as possible to catch up to my quota needed to rach my goal.
I think it might be doing a bit much... thoughts?
I love gimmicky cards.
