If the challenge requires you to build a card you cant build with mtgcs... then yes... otherwise.. use mtgcs

I specifically wanted this to be mono blue (For some reason) so, here ya go.

Unfortunately, there is no option for a colored artifact silver border, which is why I'm using the regular black silver border.
