Nice job! The exile thing works really well for hybrid mana white/blue. I think the only thing is that the card could possibly be really powerful, especially with all the flicker effects.
This is a really cool card! The creation of the tokens works really well with the blue/green hybrid mana. I just think that the white/red ability doesn't fit hybrid mana, since it's not really both colors' effect.
I think this is an great, simple design. It might be a little overpowered, for a 1-mana creature that copies a spell, but I think the hybrid mana works really well in this case. Plus it's so cute!!!

For clarification, the X is for later in the game when you have access to all of his colours, not just 2.
