    The wording of Rune is a little modified from Vlad-tepes' version but it works essentially the same.

    To make things interesting, unlike all other bidding cards, I made the low bid matter as well so there's an element of mind games when driving up the bid (i.e., do they want the spell or do they want the damage?).  It also has the flavour of the spell turning against the loser of the contest.
