Eldritch Dancing Squid (Contest)

Hello! Had a fun idea for a mostly humorous contest after noticing that there weren't very many, so here it is:
For this contest, a card will be made using three random words from a list below.
To enter, first roll 3 20-sided dice. You can also roll 4 and ignore one of your choice if you like.
Translate each number into a word via the lists below, in a way that the first number is translated through list #1, the second through #2, and the third on #3.
(Your final result should be something like "Eldritch Dancing Squid")
Once you have your 3 words, make a card that includes whatever you got in some way (you could make the Eldritch Dancing Squid as a creature, or you could, for example, make a planswalker that summons Eldritch Dancing Squids.)
