Does it have to be the American West, or can it be anything we think of from the word "West"? For example, West of me in middle southeast Australia is... well, more Australia, but then India and Arabia.

Geography is cool, and although cowboys are also cool, they aren't really my thing.

The Wild West can be anything you feel evokes what we're going for. Cowboys are not the theme. Horses, ginfights, beasts... as the theme is a sweeping theme and full of vagueries, so too, can the entries be.

EDIT: Btw, I don't really know if such things are allowed, but firstly I'd like to propose an entry for a card I didn't personally made but that I really like a lot and that I think would deserve a shot for according to the Monthly theme. It's Fishermen of Yutu from ThePhantomJoker.

Secondly, here's a pretty old and dusty entry for the Monthly MTGCardsmith theme, as I thought it would be a nice fit given its name.

I have to admit, I was pretty excited when I saw Grimshac's name on the feature, ha ha. Thought our linguist was back, but alas...

Anyways, here's a basic gunslinging cowboy long since passed that can't quite quit his ornery ways.
