I am Trying to Create Balanced Cards. I Would Appreciate Your Input!
First Card:
Wilderness Redistribution {6},{g}
Sorcery
Affinity for Basic Lands
Abilities may not trigger from the effects of this spell.
Gather all lands on the battlefield and in graveyards, shuffle them, and deal them back out in clockwise order starting with the person to the left of you. When a player receives a card in this way, that player puts that card onto the battlefield under their control. The first X lands to enter the battlefield in this way enter tapped, where X is the number of players multiplied by the amount of mana spent to cast this spell.
I may also need to change the wording,as I may not have kept with actual magic terminology all throughout this card.

i think the part that says “ deal them back out in clockwise order starting with the person to the left of you” should be changed. you don’t know if the player might be left, right, in front or back, etc. make it more open to directions

I wouldn't say this but recently a lot of new members have been creating lots of discussions exactly the same as yours and there is already a discussion for it.
The only problem with that is that this card is not yet created, just on the drawing board. In any other circumstance, I would definitely do that.
Although your card is just a concept you could still post it there because as kaoz explained it's better than a entire new discussion. Apart from this I like your concept

Wilderness Redistribution doesn't trigger any abilities as if Wilderness Redistribution wasn't casted.
Shuffle all lands from each battlefield and graveyard into a pile. Starting with you, put a random land from the pile onto the battlefield tapped under player's control in clockwise order. Repeat this way until there are no lands in the pile. Tap X first lands as it enters the battlefield, where X is equal to mana you spent on Wilderness Redistribution.
The way I worded this way in second ability sneaks the ability that's triggered when player casts a spell. However, it is visible to any spells and can be interacted by them. (As for activated abilities too)
