    I'm actually not sure the way you have the rat worded works for the challenge.

    */* is a value that changes. So it wouldn't work. Create a Rat creature with rally and */* P/T, but it's power is always greater than its toughness.

    @jpastor That's true, you can't have two *'s represent different numbers.  Typically, that's written with the adjustments in the P/T box itself like on Tarmogoyf, Lhurgoyf, and Consuming Blob.

    We were discussing wording options and I think you saw one of the non-compliant versions. I can try to reflect it in the PT box for you, but I can't do it MTG Official.

    I got ya @Corwinnn that's one way to do it!! The solution I had in my mind was Laboratory Vermin gets +1/+0 for each Ally you control.

    Laboratory Vermin's power & toughness are each equal to the number of Rats you control.

    @jpastor with that text Laboratory Vermin’s power is greater than its toughness only while on the battlefield, so it would not fulfill the challenge.
