I know. I love that series, and I blanked on what the author's name was. I'll fix it as soon as I can.
Is that card not supposed to do anything, or am i reading it wrong?
Also, that flavor text and art is a constant mood.
Other people have also made Department Department cards
As I am absolutely in love with everything planeswalker-related, I made a second one earlier in the timeline with a slightly different frame of mind. Hope you guys enjoy and I am thoroughly enjoying all these beautiful oaths!!! Cheers
My second Oath
first time poster here, long time follower of MTGcardsmith.
So here's the oath of my character Ryuujin Rizwan Rhuell, hope you like it.
Release notes:
You activate the abilities AS IF the planeswalkers would be under your control. Thus, e.g. you can activate the abilities only during your turn, considering the usual timing and frequency restrictions for loyalty abilities.
Constructive feedback is always appreciated.
More on him and his backstory will be published at a later point in time (though it is created already for a long time).
