@jpastor really neat, I like the way paying different mana affects how the card plays. Still a three drop removal spell on a body seems really good, maybe add one or two generic mana to the cost?
@PumpkinSwift I like it. It seems to try to take up more space than it can though, if you get what I am saying. Try turning the size to small and adding flavor.
At the beginning of your upkeep, put a -1/-1 counter on enchanted creature.
Then create a copy of this enchanting target creature you control and another enchanting target creature you don’t control, except it loses this ability.

It's an interesting design on both sides, though it feels a bit disconnected, flavorfully and mechanically. You have a +1/+1 counters matters theme on the creature, then a strange niche anti-dragon flavor on the planeswalker. I'd recommend maintaining a +1/+1 theme on the walker, or adding more of an anti-dragon flavor to the creature to tie it all together.
@Lujikul I would suggest using "and" instead of "or" to mirror Nighthowler https://scryfall.com/card/c15/129 Also, it might make more sense to be more than just a human as it's subtype. I like the balancing, no complaints there.
Nice card @TheCenterOfTheUniverse it can be countered easily enough yet if left unchecked can become a real threat in a milling deck I'll give it a fave.
Did some tweaking on my creature/planeswalker card on the creature half, any thoughts?

Copy/pasting your comment to the comment section is a perfectly reasonable way to accomplish this.

That is a lot of goodies for four mana. A lot.
Maybe without the forced discard thing it would work. I can't see it working with the discard, and card draw at any CMC.
