Leyline of Creativity - Challenge

After the failure of the last challenge, welcome to my fourth challenge. Lmao

Comments
I got the idea because @Shadaar made an "anti-combo/anti aggro" card.
(I forgot to put the artist, it's Sudarshan Kar.)
This can give you a reason to push towards a singleton deck in Standard, and I like that it slows down some of the most annoying early plays where seeing one strong card is manageable but if you have two of them you basically have 80% chance of winning (stuff like double Thoughtseize, double Fervent Champion, double 2-mana lord, etc.)
I'd also be interested in seeing how it would interact with a mill deck.
It looks innocuous, but probably covers a lot of situations:
- Impulse like effects
- Effects that let you look at (and possibly cast) the top card of your library
- Scry

Why would you?
Many great cards.
For the next challenges I will add creativity. Many creative cards by the limit that Leyline can bring.
As highlighted in many challenges and the various cardsmiths, the evaluation is subjective, but I tried to perform individually without comparatives. I hope you enjoyed participating. I tried to write one for each card. I'm not a good critic, but I hope you enjoyed the challenge.

Leyline of the Chroma - 8,45/10 (main penalty: balancing)
It is powerful and fixes problems for decks of four and five colors (three can be played without it). Still great card. Specific use. Oath of Nissa comes to mind.

Leyline of Genuinity - 8,35/10 (main penalty: my opinion for judgment)
Very fun card. Walking Ballista comes to mind.
Leyline of Peace - 9,25/10 (main penalty: quality)
Mangara, the Diplomat comes to mind. As simple as it looks and as it has a new collections ability, it fit my view with the theme and color. Art helped a lot to pass the peace.

Leyline of Remembrance - 8,75/10 (main penalty: balancing)
Zombie and Aristocrats's Decks comes to mind. Nice card.

Leyline of Civility - 8,50/10 (main penalty: balancing)
It is strong, however much it is for all players. This ability is one that gradually the Wizard will remove the white. The first ability is perfect. Baird, Steward of Argive comes to mind (one of the last ones launched close to this mold)

Leyline of Exchange - 7,75/10 (main penalty: quality)
Cool card. I think there was no need for all colors. I even understand the ability because of the manlands, but it seems out.

Leyline of War - 8,50/10 (main penalty: balancing)
The ability to lose the defender seems played, but I understood the flavor of war at any cost. Warmonger Hellkite comes to mind.
Leyline of the Doomed - 8,00/10 (main penalty: quality)
The sentence was cut off at the beginning of the text. The second ability seems confused, but it's a nice card.
Leyline of Corruption - 7,75/10 (main penalty: balancing and quality)
This is one of the most complicated, in reality, phyrexian mana is complicated. Maybe half of X? The mana cost also seems problematic.

Leyline of Leylines - 8,25/10 (main penalty: quality and my opinion for judgment)
This filters and finds specific leylines, but it doesn't seem very useful. Shrine comes to mind. Cards that deal with names, in the case with only part of the name, is still little explored. It's a good idea to fit.

Leyline of Creativity - 8,60/10 (main penalty: my opinion for judgment)
Read the card several times, not to understand, but to visualize it in game. It is very strong against almost all decks. It doesn't look red, but I've seen the commentary debate and I have to agree in parts with you and the other too.

Leyline of Foresight - 8,25/10 (main penalty: my opinion for for judgment and grammar)
Card with an abillity we would like to see. Very good. Enhanced Surveillance comes to mind.

Leyline of Impending Darkness - 8,00/10 (main penalty: balancing)
It does not have the flavor of a leyline, but good card. Quest for the Gravelord comes to mind (just similarity).
Leyline of the Lotus - 8,35/10 (main penalty: balancing and quality)
I understand the flavor, but it doesn't seem balanced. This generates two manas in each of your turns.
