I've seen you before!
Hi there, smiths! I've got another challange for ya.
Create a legendary creature card of a real Magic character, that already has a card. It can be from their past or further on in the story, it's up to you. Try going for characters that don't have that many cards already, but are still not too unknown.
And that's all. You can submit up to two card, no old ones.
1st place: 4 faves and a great feeling
2nd place: 3 faves and a good feeling
3rd place: 2 faves and still quite a fine feeling
Let's smith!

So I don't have to explain the story, here's Cymede's story.
I'm surprised I didn't make the connection between this card and the Beyond Death Anax earlier.
So, Here's a new Cymede:

I wanted to make her a demigod, but it didn't fit onto the card type line with Legendary Enchantment Creature.
Riku has always had two different passions: the study of spellcraft and the study of life. The mage could never choose only one of them, and unfortunately had no time to master both. He managed to find the solution to his dilemma through an ancient illusionist's spell: he secretly split himself into two reflections, and each Riku trained and studied for years in its chosen field.

Credit for the Submerge mechanic goes to TheRacingTurtle.
A different version of Liesa, Shroud of Dusk from Innistrad. She and her entire flight were killed by Avacyn after they sided with a demon lord a millennium ago.
This version of mine is from the time when Emrakul emerged on Innistrad. The eldrazi titan brought her back to life as a corrupted angel. Together with the twisted Gisela and Bruna, which would later meld into Brisela, she spreads even more misery to all those who haven't warped into Emrakul's will.

(Probably gonna make it with MtGCS later if I'm on the PC.)

3rd place: @Fallen_Lord_Vulganos with Ana Iora. Cool idea with making this character, I love the fact that the name says something and then the subtype says something else. Just a really solid not-really-Liliana planeswalker card, good job. You get two faves and a quite fine feeling as promised.
2nd place: @TenebrisNemo with Liesa. Again, just a very solid card with great flavor, I love it. You are awarded three faves and a good feeling.
1st place: @Coffeeish with Ertai. To be fair, I wasn't really aware of this character until now, but from what I found, you've managed to maintain the overall feel of this character really well. And you've also come up with a pretty interesting mechanic in the process. I feel like your version of Ertai would be a funny, although quite annoying, commander. Anyways, you get four faves and a great feeling! Enjoy.
