  • Seems like Bragrack decided to attack one of the Officers first. If you want to support him, now is the time.
  • One of Officer been silenced.

    Then Wenkman drains one of the Guard for one mana. In return Guard gets;

  • @FireOfGolden did Wenkman Silence the Officer Bragrack is attacking, or the other one?

Duucxejial is still waiting for Rarg to make his move.
  • Rarg casts burning restrictions against a normal guard, and he pretends to defeat a dwarfen officer with the first combat and storm strike, and the other one with the second combat and the storm token.
  • The one Bragrack attacking. Because if I didn't help him, he would dies from 5/5, because his toughness is 4.
  • Oh well. ??‍♂️ Duucxejial loosely intends to cast Sundering Sonata on the two Dronicopters, then attack one Sharpshooter during each of the two combats, avoiding attacking any enemies Bragrack attacks if applicable.

@smax765 Bragrack is already attacking one  Officer when Rarg attacks the other during the first combat, so there won’t be any Officers left during the second combat. Rarg also can’t cast Burning Restrictions and Storm Strike in the same turn since he didn’t pick Way of the Mind.
  • @cadstar369
Did Wenkman's health been restored to max?
  • Yes, Duucxejial spent time Performing Denkeeper's Boon on the party after the last battle to take care of any injuries.
  • First combat:
Wenkman disables the Cleric and drains a guard.
Bragrack slices the silenced officer apart
Rarg casts burning restrictions on a guard and kills a dwarfen officer
Duucxejial kills the two Dronicopters with his spell and attacks a sharpshooter, killing it, but in return takes 2 damage.
Bragrack uses his extra attack from way of the body to kill a sharpshooter, but he gets 4 damage on his damage stack.

After the first combat round it looks like this now:

And then the second combat round begins (because of Rargs torch).

  • Then he will only cast storm strike to defeat the officers (as said before). Anyway, Brackgrad won’t be able to defeat the first officer (cause it has +1/+1 from the other one), and I am at 3 health, so I will keep my last action for a further turn and not cast burning restrictions.
  • Never mind. Rarg has first strike, so the buff of the other dwarf is removed.

The first officer was silenced, lost his resilient ability and bragrack has 8 attack and double strike while raging. He slices that one apart and creates a bloody mess that he really likes to enjoy.
  • Then I still have the storm token.

Bragrack decides to slice the Dwarfen Cleric apart in the second round.
  • Duucxejial will stay the course previously outlined, attacking a Sharpshooter.
  • Rarg will burn the drained city guard. It would be useful if Wenkman attacks with Rarg to the same dwarf, because of resilience.
  • Wenkman would deals 3 damage to drained city guard by slapping them with a staff in the face.

Sharpshooter deals 2 Damage to Duucxejial, then dies.
Drained city guard does 1 damage to Rarg and 1 to Wenkmanl, then dies.

And so its the Dwarfens turn:
(Dang, i had hoped there were more left).
The Dwarfen City Guard cant attack, but he casts Enduring Rage buffing up the guard to 4/6 and the Sharpshooter to 3/5

The Sharpshooter attacks Wenkman and throws a
into the adventurers group where it explodes.

And then its your turn again.
  • Seems Rarg is at 1 health. It will end the fight by killing the sharpshooter and then drinking the regeneration pot.

Before the Dwarves' turn ends, Duucxejial will use his third action to Cast Denkeeper's Boon on himself. During our turn, Duucxejial will cast it on Bragrack before the Suspend triggers resolve so the delayed damage doesn't down him. Duucxejial will also cast it on Rarg before he attacks so he won't need to drink a potion. Once combat ends (Duucxejial assumes the last dwarf with fall between Bragrack and Rarg), the dragonspeaker will perform healing on the party's wounds.
  • Meanwhile, Wenkman would drain the Guard to gain a mana.

Bragrack attacks the last remaining dwarf for 4 damage and before taking damage he casts on himself:
However the dwarf still hits him back for 2 damage. Bragrack is at 4/4 then and the Dwarf down to 2/2
  • Rarg uses second combat step to kill the dwarf.

And so once again you emerge victorious. Now, having the time to look around, first you see a lot of dead dwarfs. Bragrack, while raging and chopping dwarfs apart, has painted this room in a nice red one could say. On the northern and southern wall theres chairs while in the middle of the room is a table with a book, but its covered in blood now and unreadable. In the northwest and southwest corner theres something that looks like little shrines who are adorned with candles. Left and right to the door you entered this room theres Gobelins hanging down from the wall. They show religious dwarfen symbols.
In the west of the room theres another door and from what you can hear, there must be at least one dwarf inside whos praying or chanting, or performing a ritual or maybe summoning something. At least thats what it sounds like.
    A. - Quick now. Kick in that door. Whoever is in that room, we must interrupt that ritual or anything could happen.
    B. - Umm, maybe now is the time to go to the vault, grab our gear and leave. Thats why we are here after all. We can be gone before that ritual is cast.
    C. - Lets do something else.
  • "It would be wise to go back to the vault and loot whatever is inside then get out while we can." Wenkman warned, "Thank you for your assistance... What was your name again?" He asked Bragrack.

Wenkman chosen B. It seems Wenkman isn't interested in fighting anyone...
  • Duucxejial gestures in Bragrack's direction. "That one is bound to go crashing through the door any moment now, so we might as well take the opportunity to remove another potential problem. Besides, it will cause issues later if he gets himself killed." (Voting for A, but with significantly different flavor text.)

The dragonspeaker casts Glakewalker's Shroud on himself again, vanishing in preparation for the next encounter. As he is confident in his ability to escape, Duucxejial intends to assist Bragrack if he starts a fight in the next room, even if the others decide to do something else.

"Well, you might be right, but I don't like it either way..."

    Wenkman changed B to A.

    Wenkman casts two illusions more!

So the majority of the group decided to check the other room as well. As you approach the door and try to kick it in, it proves more sturdy than you have thought. If you want to get into that room, you must bash the door open.
As you hit against the door the praying and chanting from the other side intensifies. How long will it take to destroy that door? Oh, and before you try, that door is immune to everything except damage, because ... its a boss door!

    New Challenge:
Destroy the door as fast as possible! The door always skips its turn and does nothing. The more turns you need to destroy the door, the more time the enemies behind it have to prepare for the fight against you! Since this challenge is for the adventurers, in this fight you may control Bragrack and decide what he does.

Rarg will attack twice to the door. That will be a total of 10 damage.. Bragrack can attack up to 3 times (total of 12 damage).
  • @LvB
If the door counts as a creature then can it be drained? ?

(Also, isn't the door's health a little too high right?)
