Commander 2017 Dragons Spoilers and Contest.
We got some early spoilers for the dragon deck for Commander 2017.
So for this contest you need to create a card that you think would be a good fit in this deck. Or create a commander for one of the other decks. Tribes for those haven't been announced, so you choose. The commander must have Eminence.
Rules:
1. As many entries as you want.
2. Doesn't have to be a dragon
3. Realistic and balanced
4. If you choose to make a commander for one of the unannounced decks, you must choose a tribe and that commander must have synergy with that tribe other than just having the eminence ability (Which it must have).
End date to be determined.
Prizes:
4th: One favorite
3rd: Two favs
2nd: Three favs
1st: Four favs

I believe it will simply be:
"As long as [NAME] is in your your command zone or on the battlefield, [EFFECT]."
Faith's guide is right, otherwise it would be formatted as a keyword like X cycling.
Notice, too, that the ability will be active while the card's in play regardless of the card actually being your commander.

I believe they are both 5 color commanders of separate Decks.
Balancing factors: You need to dodge death 5 times from combat damage without getting hit by instants or ability triggers before you could gain life back. And when transformed.... he does not have flying.

Inspiration: Narset (creature version)
Balance: 3 cards instead of 4. Non permanent spells are exiled and cannot be used (lands cannot be cast by her, sorceries and instants would be useless to her). Power of 1 and toughness of 3.

what do you think are 'both' 5 color commanders of separate decks? so far every leaked card is in the dragon's tribal deck.
dang. i wanted to do a red zombo, but i kinda locked myself out of that.
new card for drago tribal. might be too good. idk.

A drago commander card I'm kinda proud of, pretty offensive.
I'll put 3 other cards down that are Kami-Dragon-Spirit-Themed that I've made in the past that could work for this as well (Just not commanders, but sweet nontheless)

Balanced because of the four-color requirements, it doesn't permanently exile cards, and it has no form of protection. It might be a little bit on the powerful side, but so are Atraxa, Progenitus, and such. (Also, I know that there's an error in the text box)
