Maybe Crowinnn is @Corwinnn's evil brother - kind of like the KimJongMartin KJMartin thing.
  • FINAL WARNING: I'm extending the submission time to Friday until midnight! Judging will commence, then the winners will be decided... good luck!

Hi! Sorry that took a little longer than usual, but now I have the winners! It was particularly harder this time to choose the winners, but here they are!

HONORABLE MENTIONS (Not in any order):

    -Teacup Princess by @Corwinnn

    -Relentless Shadow by @Sauron132

    -Agile Tracker by @Plasma

    -Zealous Beastslayer by @KJMartin

    -Orzhova's Gifted by @Animist

    3RD PLACE:

    Order of the White Wolf
    by @AustinSmith
Not only is this a two mana 3/3 (already good), but it also has tribal advantage in humans AND elves. You can't say no to that much value. The flavor text was also particularly well done!

    2ND PLACE:

    Keen Leopard

    by @koover
This card had awesome flavor text. The art choice was spot on. And even though it's just a vanilla four mana 5/3, the card really had a "green" feel to it. Basically what I'm saying is it looks like a real card. Nicely done!

    1ST PLACE:

    Knight of the Holy Flame
    by @modnation675

This strange R/W card really caught my eye when I first saw it. It has a lot of flavor! When it comes into play, it immediately becomes a threat to all planeswalkers far and wide. And it doesn't need your help to complete its goal, to eliminate "the impure". AKA planeswalkers. The "protection from you" seemed confusing at first, but then I remembered the words I saw here: http://magic.wizards.com/en/new-to-magic/lore, stating that we are planeswalkers. This card goes very deep to tell the tales of a Knight who's goal is to abolish us all! And all this was shown through a vanilla creature!

Thank everyone! This was the biggest contest I've ever hosted, and I have a surprise for everyone...

THIS WAS A HIDDEN CIRCUITS CHALLENGE!!!

@Corwinnn and I made secret plans about halfway through (you can't hear them though...they're TOP SECRET), and now the winners get Circuit Points!

    1st place = 1 point

    2nd place = 3/4 point

    3rd place = 1/2 point

    Honorable Mentions = 1/4 point

(Thank you @Corwinnn for helping me out!)

I hope everyone had an awesome time making vanilla creatures. Again, thank you all for coming together to make and talk about awesome, and creative cards! I say this after every contest I host, but you guys are so creative and I love seeing your guy's work. Sometime I feel like we should all be working at WotC. But as of right now we are gifted with MTGCardsmith! Forge on!

    Thank you. :3

Thank you for liking the card I made. It was one of our most controversial ones to the community but we felt it was really unique and fascinating to use!

Also, it's nice to see the flavor is on spot. :)

Make sure to give the favorites to the @AustinSmith for being helpful in the designing of some of our cards! "Shoutout"
  • Thanks to @Bellycuss for hosting a super fun challenge and congrats to ALL the winners and mentionables! I will update the Circuit Standings now!
