Mystery Challange: I challenge ye to create a card that be fit for a pirate's treasure chest! But here be the twist, it must have an ability that involves ye "scurvy dogs" or "scallywags". Ye best be ready to pillage and plunder, or ye'll be walkin' the plank!
I need to pick up the pace; the forums have been on fire recently!
THE PIRATES VS MYSTERY BOXER STANDOFF CONTINUES AS A THE KRAKEN EMERGES
@cadstar369 (Treasure Guardian) vs @stijnhommes (Pirate Admiral) Arrr, me hearties! Listen up, ye scallywags. I be in need of a card that's a Bird Wizard, savvy? And it should have a special trick up its feathered sleeve - a way to see into the future! Make it so ye can tap it, and if ye discard a card, ye draw two more. And let there be a proper bit of flavor text that speaks of the creature's foresight, something like, 'In the sky, I see a glimpse of what's to come. Our fate lies in the cards we play.' Aye, that ought to do it. Now go on, get to work!" The chap with the wiser bird shall see into the future enough to know the Kraken's next move.
I want you to create a card that showcases a cursed artifact that can bring creatures back from Davy Jones' Locker. The card better have a one-of-a-kind ability that showcases its cursed power, and the mana cost and rarity better befit a cursed artifact. And make sure to add some flavor text that tells the tale of the cursed artifact's grim history and warns of the dire repercussions of using its wicked powers. https://mtgcardsmith.com/view/bloodborne-emblem-of-rot
Ye scurvy landlubbers, I want ye to create a cursed card that be an enchantment with the curse subtype. The cursed card be havin' an ability that triggers when the fool that be cursed draws a card. Make sure that cursed fool be forced to discard a card, sufferin' the wrath of the Flying Dutchman. And let the flavor text be a warning to all who dare to cross Davy Jones' Locker, lest they too be cursed for eternity.
The greater curse will curse the fool who opposed ye.
PIRATES AND GUARDIANS WORK TOGETHER TO DEFEAT THE KRAKEN, BUT AFTER PRYING THE SACRED MYSTERY BOX FROM THE TENTACLES OF THE KRAKEN, THEY DISAGREE WHO IT BELONGS TOO.
"Well, savvy, me hearties! I've got a challenge for ya. Create a card that's a shiny artifact with a peculiar ability. You'll be needing a six-sided die to roll for this one. The effect of the card will depend on Lady Luck's mood. One roll might make you rich, another might leave you high and dry. And don't forget to put a bit of flavor text in there, something that screams adventure and taking chances. Yo ho ho and a bottle of rum!"
Dang, that's a lot to fit in one text box. Dice rolling with multiple effects, something unique, and flavor text? I made a cool card, but I'm going to try a couple more ideas to be a little more economical with my design and fit the challenge better.

It was pretty tough to fit everything requested into one card, since the requisite tap ability doesn't really satisfy the 'special trick.'
The note reads: "The real treasure was the friendships you made along the way." The pirates and guardians look at each other, realizing that despite their differences, they had come together to achieve a common goal and had formed an unlikely bond.
As they sail away from the site of their epic battle, the pirates and guardians realize that the true treasure they had discovered was not material wealth, but rather the bonds of friendship and camaraderie that they had forged on their journey.
Yarr, me hearty. You've done well for yerself in this adventure. Create any cardsmith that's not a mystery boxer as a Human Pirate creature.
Alas me hearties - the pirate deadline has ended! I shall create the entries tournament to see who wins the prizes! Thanks for yer participation. Cheers me maties!
Let the new deadline begin with new the new prize list.

@jpastor Create a card that sacrifices Treasure or cares that mana from a Treasure was spent to cast it or activate its abilities.
@jpastor
Prompt: Create a card representing a treacherous swamp of hazardous creatures with mana cost, rarity, and flavor text to boot.
When you give me a this or that option, I'm going to do both.
