Seems like a longer process for mtg.design just to have auto-centered text. It took me less time on MTGCS.

But on Design, you can change the text size to your choosing.

I think MTG.Design is much better at making quality-looking cards, but MTGCS has a much better community.

You can also use https://imgur.com/upload if you just want the URL without the paper trail but that's a matter of personal preference.
