@jpastor most anthem effects don't, even strictly among enchantments (less restriction in this search). The prompt post you gave @AboveAndAbout appears to be missing here though, so I'm not sure what the exact wording was.

Edit: I see it in the Mystery Boxes thread; Seraph's Mark is likely result of unclarity. Is the prompt intended as 'create an Anthem card' (a card with Anthem in the name), 'create an anthem effect' (a persistent buff to your creatures, generally from an enchantment), or perhaps both?
