    I would make a green-white legends deck based around my card Sisay, the True Captain.

    while I can't remember the stats and have no way of finding out, I know that she has A: all other legendary creatures you control have adjunct(this card cannot be your commander, but acts like a second commander once on the battlefield), and some amount of mana, tap: put a creature with adjunct from your command zone into your hand.
