Make a Mindsculptor
Blue had Jace, the Mindsculptor, then black had Liliana of the veil, and now red gets in on the fun of a modern playable planeswalker with the new Chandra. But what about green and white? Don't they deserve some love? (Yeah I know Gideon is played in some decks but just let me have this ok?)
Rules:
1. Make a modern playable planeswalker that isn't obviously broken.
2. It can be any color or any combination of colors.
3. It must be mythic rare.
4. I can't think of any more rules.
5. Have fun

Now this one is obviously overpowered, but it doesn't say "-1: Deal 420 damage to ur mum lol" as I have seen some cards do. Now go forth and make your own Mindsculptor!

I have a planeswalker idea I've been kicking around a while, but I think i have to make the art for it myself
I'm not a big modern player, so I might make some changes, but I like the general idea I have here. It might be a little overpowered in the fact it's got two plus abilities, but so did Knight-Errant and she seems to be a good modern walker. I might make his second ability a minus, but I really did like the idea of 2 plus abilities, and his ultimate isn't a permanent effect
Also, is that the correct wording for suspend?
AND
The flavor is that Koth has been compleated and enacts the will of Phyrexia but still retains his identity as a red planeswalker.

also a 3 mana 4 loyalty planeswalker is rare and tends to be strong if the abilities are at least decent
