I'm a glass half full kind of guy when it comes to candy. And to be fair, even if I was kidnapped and eventually escaped or was freed, I'd probably still take candy from people. So, I'm fairly biased.

The randomness of Niahmas's second ability determines weather he tricks you or treats you.

I wanted make the second ability activatable by any player.

Can the first ability only be activated when Niahmas is in the graveyard?  Context would suggest so but it's usually made explicit like on Loathsom Troll.
