what does the back of a current MTG card loom like?

I know nothing about MTG, and what I have seen so far doesn't help, so I am asking this forum.

I should mention that some cards actually use the second side. Some of these cards are Transforming Dual-Faced Cards (TDFCs), which allow you to transform the card into the back side while its in play. Modal Dual-Faced Cards (MDFCs), allow you to cast the second side instead of the front side.
