@TenebrisNemo posted in the card advice section of the Discord and made me aware of this contest, which inspired me to make a similar card. Though it doesn't conform to the actual rules of this contest, I'll post it here anyway if you don't mind, as I wouldn't have made it if it weren't for this contest in the first place.
I didn't have time to finish the art for this, so I customized the art of Cromat. But I'm going to finish my original art for this and update the card in the future!

Alright, I've finally judged. Sorry about taking so long to do so.
I'm always a sucker for flavor and creative design, and this contest brought both in droves, which makes me happy. It was an honor and a privilege to get to judge this contest. Sentimental stuff aside, here are your winners:
Honorable mention: @Tomigon with Patron of the Hive!
I cheated here and decided to give this one an honorable mention for two reasons, the first being that it's very sliver in flavor and design and the second being that it's balanced for a five color sliver. (Also a huge fan of the art!)
Third place: @EternalWolf88 with Patron of the Sciuridae!
As squirrels grow ever closer to actually being playable in constructed (at least casually) they get some powerful key pieces. I love this entry for emulating the squirrellink on Earl of Squirrel as a lord effect. Feels even better when you remember our resident squirrel! Overall a solid design and I liked it.
Scarecrows are a fan favorite tribe, and the dual use of offering (having it and giving it) is well executed, especially when you consider the synergy its third ability has with the second. A must-have for every Reaper King edh deck.
And finally, first place: @TenebrisNemo with Rite of the Bloody Souls!
I'm a sucker for the cleric tribal cards of old, and was overjoyed to see references to it again when we hit Dominaria block. Like the last entry, this has an excellently applied and flavorful use of both having and giving offering, especially with the encouragement of dual tribal decks, which is something I'm all for seeing more! (Illusory Punch was also good, I just liked this more.)
Winners and honorable mentions, please PM with your choices for favorites. (Your winning entries have received favorites which don't count towards your total.)
Winners, also PM me with your choice of honorable mention.

Is this acceptable?
Here is my entry

I wanted to give a noncreature spell a shot. Hope you like it.

And I feel like 1st and 2nd winning cards both should say "... spells you cast have ___ offering" because offering is a mechanic that matters when cards are cast.
