//For clarification: Lyse is the 3rd ruler, after Nicol Bolas (I forgot to add the word 'by' after 'preceded' before) eradicated most of Solstria (because the kingdom is located in a remote island that is fairly distant from the main continent) and killed its previous ruler. But luckily a group of unknown planeswalkers battled and forced him away before he could causing further damage to other kingdoms.
The event was actually lasted for only several days and it was dismissed as a natural disaster (volcanic eruption) due to the lack of actual witness (likely due to they were being dead). The only original solstrian citizen who survived the event was only Namuras, as his job was an oracle in Solstria before so he foresaw the disaster and quickly escaped the island, while Lyse herself was a proficient but homeless dark wizard who one day met the old oracle and got convinced to rule the ruined kingdom.//
Janti crossed the street, upset that Tenguin had even thought of accusing Janti of murder. The whole discussion hadn't lasted more than a half hour, which was better than nothing. As he got to the other side of road, he saw a farmer with some chickens. Some very good looking chickens... "No Janti, no chickens!"He told himself, which was surprisingly hard to do. But Janti's instincts kicked in when the chickens somehow got loose. The lock to their pen opened for no reason whatsoever, and Janti lunged. A well placed kick to the jaw by Jazmyn knocked him out of it though. "Thank you Jaz."He told her, with no sarcasm whatsoever. "You better go help out that guy."She told her king, with no subtle glare. Janti went over to help the man, and got the chickens up quite quickly. He decided that his kindness payed off when the man offered him a chicken though, and he took it back to his quarters to eat, happy at his kindness. Not noticing who was watching him, there was no way that what he was doing was fake. Zurel smiled.
Schoolwork has been bogging me down as well, which is probably why I haven't been writhing much on here. And I've kind of been using my creative juice on other topics, and even my great mind has limits.
Enlow retires to the interior of the skybox, finishing a glass of fine wine. He awaits Vencha, whom he knows will be returning soon.
"So... did you enjoy the show?" Enlow hears behind him. He turns, and sees Reinhart leaning against the door. "It went quite well I'd say. Vencha put on an excellent performance." "Did you actually enjoy the show, Enlow?" "Of course. The tragedy of the first king... the music nearly brought a tear to my eyes." "That's unlike you, Enlow." Reinhart leans in to whisper. "Are you sure it's nothing personal? You've been acting strange around her-" "That'll be enough, Reinhart. You know we are forbidden to hold feelings of sentiment. Such human emotions will cause our destruction." "It is done, Enlow," Vencha affirms as she enters the room. "We have them tied." "Brilliant. With those rumors squashed, you will have to fear no longer for your presence." "If you do not mind, I used a little... extra magic." "For what reason?" "...I hypnotized the entire building into thinking positively of me and your omnipotence." "You should of told me first." "The 37 are useless to act against us now. They are somewhat capable of acting on their own, but they're under our control now..." "Well this is interesting. I wanted to avoid such extreme measures, but if you insist, The String could use more members..."
