New to cardsmith. needing help with custom icons

Hey guys, new to cardsmith and this forum... making my first card set. have designed my set icon but whenever i generate the card it only shows the cog symbol + i dont get to see how the icon looks like in the different rarities as i now have no idea if its compatible.

Maybe ive not done the URL right or something but hoping someone can give me some instruction.
